At the heart of our mission is the belief that each of us is uniquely crafted with a purpose and equipped by God to fulfill His plans. As we walk together on His path, we embrace our God-given potential, creating a powerful ripple effect that glorifies God, radiates love, and demonstrates the strength of the Holy Spirit.

Concetta S. Theros, Vice President and Market Manager at Valley Bank, leads the Admirals Cove and Palm Beach offices, focusing on operations, sales, and growth. With over 30 years in banking and 20 in management, she builds strong relationships with entrepreneurs. Originally from Italy’s Amalfi Coast, she moved to the U.S. in 1994 and is active in her community.

Concetta holds degrees in Human Performance Management and Executive Leadership and is a certified yoga instructor and wellness coach. She serves on boards for Speak Up for Kids, the Women’s Chamber of Commerce, and United Way. Living in Palm Beach with her husband, James, she enjoys paddle boarding, crocheting, cooking, and time with loved ones.

After dedicating over 20 years to the medical field, working in various hospitals and alongside physicians in Palm Beach County, Linda Allen retired to embark on entrepreneurial ventures. She has since established two Curves Fitness centers and a bridal shop, and currently owns a nursing agency. In addition to her business pursuits, she also works as a realtor, primarily helping seniors downsize or relocate.

A devoted trustee at her church for over 42 years, Linda finds joy in serving her community. Together with her husband, Josh, she cherishes their family of three children and seven grandchildren. Her greatest joy comes from traveling and inspiring women to reach their fullest potential through hard work, dedication, and living a life that is pleasing to God.

Sharon Gill is an empowerment speaker, author, and business strategist with over 30 years of experience in faith-based personal and professional growth. She helps individuals and organizations achieve purpose-driven success, blending practical strategies with a commitment to faith-based values.

Dr. Debbie Manigat

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

Dr. Debbie focuses on holistic wellness and soul care in her clinical practice. Her passion lies in addressing intergenerational trauma, epigenetics, suicide prevention, and healing adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). Recognized for her efforts in raising mental health awareness in diverse communities, she was invited to the White House by President Obama’s administration for the “Making Healthcare Better Series on Suicide Prevention.” From 2019 to 2021, she received a National Doctoral Fellowship from the AAMFT Minority Fellowship Program in collaboration with SAMHSA and was honored as the Faith-Based Champion by the Palm Beach County Behavioral Health Coalition. Dr. Debbie’s mission is to serve people and churches at the intersection of spiritual direction and mental health.

Executive Director of Hope For Her

Aimee Nelson is the Founder and Executive Director of Hope For Her, a non-profit Mentoring Program which creates safe spaces for young and courageous moms and their families. You can find Aimee serving on the boards of local non-profits. She is a Bible Teacher, Coach, and Writer. Aimee has four amazing children (a son-in-love, a daughter-in-love) and four grandchildren. You can find Aimee serving her family, the church and blessed and the broken.. She loves a good cup of coffee, a nice pair of shoes, and spending time with her family!
